Stress, enemy or friend? Or perhaps an inseparable companion in life, with whom it is worthwhile to have a good relationship.
Is it possible to be happy at work, to work effectively, despite the stress and difficult emotions experienced?
We would like to invite you to an interesting lecture, discussion on the living conditions we face today. Work, life provides us with many stressors, we experience difficult emotions. How do we deal with them with the pressure of time, results, etc.? How do they affect our health? How do we build our Well-being in spite of everything?
Emotions, stress that we experience are such wild untamed animals, very often hurt by people, and on the other hand needing our cuddles. How to live with them should certainly be tamed. We should not give in to their moods, also we should not fight with them. We will always be together with these animals, so it is already necessary to build a different relationship with Our emotions, stress.
One thing is certain, Stress is necessary for us whether we treat it as an enemy or a friend, because it is a built-in life-saving reaction of the body. The trouble is the stress reactions aroused by Our thoughts, worries, fears. These are the ones that do not allow us to rest well, to recover effectively. Therefore, we very quickly enter a phase of exhaustion, we then become excitable, have uncontrollable strings of thoughts, have trouble with memory, good interpretation of other people’s behavior, make decisions under the influence of anxiety. It’s worth learning some effective ways on how to stop these harmful reaction wheels. It is worth learning how to work well with stress. In the course of Our Meeting we will talk about many ways to help us manage our thoughts.
The meeting is directed to all people, struggling every day with the difficulties of working under the influence of stressors, disputes conflicts in relationships the need to act under the pressure of results, time pressure.
