Vagus Nerve Regulation Workshop. Using breathing and somatic techniques, you will learn how to effectively find solace in the challenges of everyday life. You will have the opportunity to examine how you breathe and how you can easily influence your breath to better realize your potential. This will be a very enjoyable workshop to revitalize your relationship with your own body, build mindfulness and self-acceptance.

The workshop will be led by an experienced yoga and pranayama teacher, Dominika Plaszhecka, owner of Strefa Yogi studio, which has been operating in Gdynia since 2018. I conduct yoga teacher trainings, advanced yoga workshops in Poland and abroad. I am a nutritionist of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I organize the annual Yoga, Spirit and Heart Festival in Gdansk and many outdoor yoga events, i.e. The Biggest Yoga Session in Gdynia.
