We invite you to a unique space of tranquillity and relaxation, created for those who, during the festival, wish to slow down for a moment, regain their balance and immerse themselves in soothing sounds.

In the cosy hammock area, participants will be able to settle down comfortably and enjoy a live, relaxing sound session. It is a place that encourages regeneration, mindfulness and conscious rest.

During the session, the facilitator moves between the hammocks, creating a spatial sound experience. She uses a variety of instruments with subtle, harmonious tones, including shamanic drums, ocean drums, a shruti box, Koshi bells, singing bowls and resonant instruments. The sounds envelop the participants, promoting deep relaxation and calm.

The sessions are designed to be relaxing, calming and restorative. They are not a form of therapy – their aim is to create a space for rest, mindfulness and the experience of sound in a unique atmosphere.

About the presenter

The facilitator is a sound therapist, artist and educator. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk with a degree in art education. She has been working with sound for many years, leading individual and group sessions, carrying out artistic and social projects, and taking part in events and festivals related to art and personal development.

Important: There are a limited number of hammocks available. Please bring your own mat so that you can still take part in the session even if there are no hammocks available.
