“Free Sounds” – inclusive art workshops (for all who wish to attend) !
– the role of these musical meetings can be therapeutic for many people,
releasing emotions previously hidden from society (joy, sadness, anger, an opportunity for reflection, deep relaxation, meditation in dance, or simply while relaxing on the lawn, a blanket, among park trees and pleasant sounds),
– integrative role
we often do not know each other, we do not always speak the same language, we come from different homes, cultures, etc., and yet we play together in what we naturally create: in music, in movement, in words, in drawing, diverse and in various forms of improvisation,
– we play ethno in the broadest sense, because it is music inspired by regions from all over the world (by the way we travel a little in our minds), acoustic, most often without electricity, so close to nature and created from the bottom up, together, with excitement and a sense that it is done by ordinary people, We(!), being right next door and making sounds in front of the eyes and ears of everyone, without the mediation of large sound equipment, without a stage artificially separating the creators from the audience, that is…. we play truly together and truly improvise! We go back to nature, the one that is our own, the original one, but we also connect with this surrounding, wonderful natural environment through the release of emotions and sound that erupts in the earth, grasses, bushes, trees, isntruments and in ourselves-our bodies!
– we listen to each other, personal culture is the basis, we have fun, we encourage boldness in being ourselves and joining the group, but with sensitivity to others, to include as much as possible each person who wants to join the Free Sounds (we adjust the volume and the way we play to the others, or propose something resonant with the existing sounds, or…. Something completely new – let’s talk!)
– you can just lie down on a blanket, on the lawn and be with us, listen, observe, soak up the creative atmosphere and seek inspiration, meditate,
– equal opportunity, because only on our own courage depends on whether we overcome our own barrier of fear (inner critic) and want to play with sounds with others,
Who knows, maybe you, unexpectedly even to yourself, will initiate the rhythm that will be the basis for an improvised piece together!
– Free Sounds are meetings in sobriety, which allows you to co-create a space without unfavorable, unpleasant incidents, in mutual respect and even friendship; to build healthy relationships, respect boundaries, to be able to contact each other to the fullest and strengthen your (and the other participants in the group) strengths, and support each other in more difficult moments in an atmosphere of trust and fun!
We invite families with children, seniors, musicians, any person who has a desire to experience a creative, musical (also dance, vocal, etc.) community.
