Colorful ethno houses

[art workshop for children]

2O/O7

Strefa ART

15:OO

We invite children, teenagers and families to a creative workshop, during which together we will build large, spatial cardboard houses, inspired by traditional architecture from different parts of the world!

We will reach for patterns and forms characteristic of African, South American, Asian and European cultures – from painted huts, through yurts, to colorful Mexican houses and idyllic Slavic buildings. Our cardboard constructions will have walls, roofs and even windows – everything you need to create your own ethno-home!

During the workshop: together we will build large houses from cardboard,
– we will decorate them with folk, floral and symbolic patterns,
– we will learn about the cultural significance of colors, ornaments and motifs in different parts of the world.

This is a space for creative expression, fun and learning about other cultures through action. The houses will be big enough for children to enter them and feel like they are in a real ethno-world!

Build a colorful piece of the world with us – enter your home from your imagination
