Chylonka, also known as the Chylonia Stream, is the river that gave birth to Gdynia. An inner harbor was created in its basin, which gave rise to the city of Gdynia. During the walk we will trace the history of one of the most interesting districts of Gdynia, heading through the meanders of ancient tracts and paths towards Leszczynek and Grabówka – the valley of the Chylonka River.

Start of the walk: Opata Hackiego 33 Marina, 33 Opata Hackiego St.

The walk will be led by Michal Miegon – animator of culture, musician, guide and expert on Pomerania, head of the Communication and Promotion Department of the Gdynia City Museum.
